Justice of the Peace
A local Justice of the Peace is available at the Waihi Beach Library on Tuesdays from 11:00am to 12:00pm. Other Justice of the Peace services are available by appointment. Services are free.
A Justice of the Peace is able to:
- Witness signatures on documents
- Certify copies of documents (including email attachments and phone messages)
- Take oaths, declarations, affidavits or affirmations
- Confirm identity
Justice of the Peace Waihi: Mondays, 11am to 1pm, Waihi Library
Justice of the Peace Katikati: Fridays, 10am to 12pm, Katikati Community Centre
